the day prior to departure for all Field Trips, to check the weather and that the trip is still going ahead before setting off.

Risk Assessments are available, but please discuss, with the Field-Trip Organiser,
any other requirements.
(eg. wellingtons or boots, sunscreen, lunch etc.)

Any good tide/weather weekend tends to be in Jan as parking also best.
Could be in New Year - January 2025?

Isle of Sheppey

Walton-on-Naze:
Tend to go with ERMS?

Bawdsey

Folkestone/Samphire Hoe

Less Ness Abbey:
Not tide dependant, but must be dry

Bettshanger:
Not tide dependant but must be booked.

AbbeyWood:
Any weekend: needs a dry day
Sand pit sieving for sharks teeth
